    Kicking into HIGH gear!!!

    I am kicking it into high gear this week!!! I had set a goal for myself to hit a loss of 20 lbs by April 8th and I would really like to hit that 20 lbs mark!!! I have lost 16 to date so I am hoping for a really GREAT week... I know 4 lbs is a lot this late in my weight loss but after last week and this past weekend of eating out many times including desserts that MAYBE just MAYBE all that has kicked my weight loss into high gear this week... so heres to a great week and I am sending good vibes to everyone still out there so that their week will be just as good as mine!!!
