My  wife, barbara, 10 mo. ago,, wieghed 320 pounds,,  we  worked up a plan  consisting  of 1200  to  1500 calories per day,, combined with   30  to 60  minuites of swim / water exersize  per day..  barbara is disabled,, with  joint desease, arthritis,,  bad  hip, and two  bad knees that need replaced..  shes just 48  yrs. old,, b een to several drs.. due to her age,, non  will  do  the surgeries,,  shes on medical//   need i say more.,, due to  her  commitment  and also  severe pain,, she has lost  95  pounds to  date,,  Im  very  proud of her,, and  remember,, Although  there  may be  things that  may hold a person  back,,  with  a good support  system// friends and family,  and  shear  will power,,  It  can  be done,, so dont  give up  and anyone can///  if  everyone that is supposed to care,,, just  be there.  ken  mcquain

Eye pain is absolutely the worse, it is so paralyzing.  Sounds like you are on the upswing of things!  Hang in there.  You should be fine eating a light supper!
